I recently visited Coral Spring Family Dental and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, I felt uneasy. The receptionist was unwelcoming and seemed disorganized, which set a negative tone for the entire visit. The most concerning part was the treatment itself. I experienced significant discomfort during a routine cleaning, and the dentist was dismissive of my pain. Our family and extended family has been seeing Dr. Krichmar for many years, and we all highly recommend him, and this dental office. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the dental technicians are some of the nicest, and gentlest I've ever seen, and the dentist is EXTRAORDINARY.
