Location and apartment great, however, no tea towels provided in kitchen. Also only one key supplied for 3 bed apartment and no garage key, although this was not a big issue as we parked on the street. Pool area not great. Customer service however, was SHOCKING and absolutely lacking. Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Next time would rather hire two 2 bed apartments at Sundeck Gardens which would be comparable price wise to Coral Sea 3 bed apartments, but customer service and amenities are way better

First I noticed how close the beach was minutes away, and the surf club As it was very confusing where the units was as there was a different names So I rang the manager up for directions Omg 😱 !!!!!! He laughed at us and made us feel like idiot's '' what because we are woman "" He said to me isn't he getting out of the car ( my husband who has dementia) Just rude of a manager and a host He certainly wasn't very welcoming. Great place for a weekend away. Well maintained 3 bedroom unit with air conditioning and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Walking distance to Maroochydore beach and Cotton Tree. Onsite manager was exceptional, accommodating and early check in so our 4 month old could have a lunch time sleep. Will definitely be back.

3rd time staying here, can’t fault anything. Location, apartment, facilities and management have everything you need for a great vacation. I will be back again and again 😊

Certainly didn't live up to expectations, a good position but absolutely no sun on unit,impossible to get into park, cold unit, no wi fi and stairs only access to unit, would be very careful choosing unit next time.
