We bought a new house in this subdivision in Spring 2024. I wanted less home repairs, and it seems we have more issues with our new house than we did with our former old brick ranch. We purchased a home from this builder and unfortunately have had serious issues with the quality of construction. Humidity problems, visible mold, and HVAC design flaws have made our house difficult to live in, and repairs have been slow and incomplete. When I shared my experience on their Facebook page to warn other homeowners, my truthful comments were deleted instead of addressed.
