I have been a disabled resident for 5 years.
I love Coral Ridge’s building. The units are perfect size. It’s very comfy and everything is handicap accessible. The back of the building is beautiful, with full and mature trees, a enclosed gazebo to have morning coffee or a afternoon gathering & games. There is a garden area and a great space to have a barbecue. Chris is the Office manager and is so kind and very helpful. She’s a go getter, and always with a smile on her face. Where I live now the area for smoking is up against the building and the smoke comes in my windows. It is a patio area that is covered and smokers like it because they can smoke when it is raining. I learned that in order to prevent this the management company has to provide a smoking area that protects the smokers from the weather and rain while at the same time they are away from the building, but they don’t want to incur the expense. I love the amenities! My neighbors are so nice and the building is kept clean and neat.
Nice place to live and I liked that there all 2 bedrooms. Yes it is wheelchair accessible
