Our marketing agency works with approximately 70 custom pool builders nationally and I have to say one of my favorites is Coral Pool and Spas. They are attentive and engaged during our meetings and always embrace new technology and ideas from our team so they can service their customers more efficiently. The owners Jose and Anthony are the new generation of pool builders in the country.
I highly recommend Coral Pool. They resurfaced our pool and it looks fabulous. They assisted us with material selections and answered all our questions along the way We are delighted with the outcome. It exceeded our expectations. The Coral "craftsmen" have an incredible eye for detail. We really appreciated how they kept us informed along the way. Did I say - we love the outcome of our pool!! Thanks Coral Pool!
We did a large pool remodel and Coral Pool and Spa did a wonderful job. The entire team at Coral was easy to work with and the job was completed on time and on budget. The crew worked with us and even recommended a grout change that worked better than we chose. Thank you Coral Pool and Spa.
I don't know about their service, they have very nice drivers. Traffic was horrendous and nobody was letting me in and their driver was allowed me to merge. If I lived in the area I would employ them. If they care this much about other drivers they don't even know they must care a lot about their customers
I usually do not write too many reviews but initially I wrote a good review since I was happy with their service but at the end when the job was complete, I was so disappointed. Recently, I had my pool replaster including tile, new skimmer, and light. They did the project on time and the crew cleaned up after their work every day. Couple of days after the plaster, they came and connected the pool light and when I turned the light on, I saw a lot of footprints and uneven surfaces at the bottom of the pool.
