We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith. My 10-year-old daughter was a little nervous going in, but he was incredibly kind, caring, and patient with her from the start. Even though Dr Smith isn't in-network for me, he and his staff are worth the out of pocket. Very down to earth and nobody is trying to rush through procedures to get to the next patient. Dr Smith, Lori, Mandy and Shannon all explain everything that's going to happen from planning, to procedures, to billing. No surprises and no sudden shocks in the chair. It's all very straight forward and an even less painful experience- after all, who WANTS to go to the dentist?
I would highly recommend Dr. Smith. He is doing an amazing job. I needed a crown and it fits perfectly. Dr. Smith put 100% into it; he definitely knows his job. Besides being a great professional, he is kind and friendly. I was a little bit nervous when I found out that he was going to be my new doctor, but now I am definitely happy and impressed. He is a keeper! All people in the office are polite. Lauri has been cleaning my teeth for years, and she is also fantastic. The office is clean with great vibes!
