One star is so much more than this cockroach infested slum deserves! Owners and managers don't even care! And they will fight you all the way to get out of replacing anything including our defective A/C. When they finally did replace it, it took 19 days before it worked right. It Was pouring out water through the filter for a week after the unprofessional installation before they fixed that. Three months after moving in, I got an infestation of cockroaches in my unit. I contacted the office proactively to get the issue resolved. Every time that the exterminators were called out, they would always just do the very basic spray around my apartment, this happened about 12 times in 6 months. I was told multiple times by the office that they had located the unit where the infestation was coming from and that they would come and re-caulk the baseboards in my apartment to resolve the issue. So i just want to start off by saying how beautiful the community it ls here. I am so pleased with how MJ handled the whole process, she was real and didnt seem fake and just wanting to make a quick buck off of me. Im very pleased woth everything thus far
