These condos seem to be mostly descent on the inside, not nice, but just descent. No major problems inside, depending on the owner/landlord. Some apartments have german cockroaches and very old appliances and old A/C units (not updated). Some units are updated and look very nice. On the OUTSIDE: Exit signs are burned out. All condo doors are rusted and the doors and hallway floors need painting. The grass/landscaping is very nice. Muy bonito y trankilo
This place is the worst. I been living here for 3 years and thanks god I’m moving out of here. The first year was good, the second year everything started going downhill. The entire building always stinks like weed, the neighbors from downstairs are always partying with loud music on weekends until late night. They been fixing the stairs for about a year.
