So far, I have had a pleasant experience here. It has been 3 days but it is a beautiful neighborhood. The office staff has been absolutely amazing. They also offer 24/7 gym & pool access with an additional fee but is so awesome. The community is beautiful with amazing views including lakes, multiple bird species, neighbors jogging during the day, and more. These condos seem to be mostly descent on the inside, not nice, but just descent. No major problems inside, depending on the owner/landlord. Some apartments have german cockroaches and very old appliances and old A/C units (not updated). Some units are updated and look very nice. On the OUTSIDE: Exit signs are burned out. All condo doors are rusted and the doors and hallway floors need painting. The grass/landscaping is very nice.
