The new golf pro at Rosedale Country Club in Bradenton, Fl does not know how to treat female customers. I played with a group of ladies there for 2 years and when he came he changed our tee time but then did not honor it, cancelled our play and never informed us . He overbooks golfers leaving players with no carts and having to wait.
We’ve had a ladies 9 hole league playing at Rosedale for two years. We generally have 12 ladies. They used to print our pairings and have our carts ready when we got there. This year, they’ve not had golf carts or tee sheets, not helped with our clubs, and today canceled our tee time without notice. We found out when we got there. They really wanted us during COVID and the summers but not now in season. Customer service is extremely poor starting with the Pro down to the golf guys. The course itself has been improving.
