Coral Gate East has made a lot of improvements in the last year and a half or so. They have painted the building inside and out, completed a new asphalt and parking lot including painting and striping, and have opened up their swimming pool for the first time in over 5 years! ITS A BAD INVESTMENT AND TO BE SHORT AND QUICK IVE SEEN A RAT IN THE HALL WAY, THE MAINTENANCE DONT CLEAN THE WINDOWS IN THE HALL AND IT LOOKS NASTY AND WHEN YOU CALL THE OFFICE TO ASK IF THEY CAN CLEAN THE WINDOWS THEY ASK YOU TO SUBMITT AN EMAIL.
