I wish I can give 0 starts to this company. It is the most unprofessional title company that I have ever worked with in my 20 year career. Unresponsive and disrespectful of everyone’s time. They left everything to the last minute, asking for new forms and documents the day of the closing, had everyone rushing because of their lack of professionalism. Seller and buyer signed all the closing documents yesterday and no funds were disbursed as of yet (end of day). They do not answer neither emails nor phone calls. Please stay aw... read more
I see that a lender wrote that he would never recommend this firm. I agree 100%. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! They held my money in their account for over ten days even after the deal was done. I requested my funds a few times and "the check is in the mail!!!!!" I AM STILL WAITING!
