Over priced for this out dated establishment. Dining area about 50% full during a summer weekend evening dinner hour (inside as well as outside). A/C didn’t work. Slow service. Bathroom (while somewhat clean) had toweling laying all over the floor. Obviously no scheduled checks. If groups of 6 or more, auto tip added, and (get this) because of “outdated computer” system can’t divide checks. Laughable.

We went here on a Saturday and we were expecting it to be packed. It was not terribly busy. Our server was awful and took an extremely long time to do anything. When we went to pay she took my debit card and my friends paid with cash. It took over 20 minutes for me to get my card back and she never returned with the change from the two cash orders. We had to track her down. I noticed the next morning that my card was charged twice and I have been calling for the last two days with no answer.
I’m not one to give reviews, especially poor ones, But I just have too. The restaurant needs a rescue, from the outdated atmosphere, very poor quality food, to the staff. Ordered two chicken entrees and a burger, those that ordered the chicken ate a bite or two and they were disgusted, so they ate no more. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the waiter. It took forever to even get our order placed and for the food to come out. I did not get 1 refill on my 3.50 iced tea. He claims he’s new this summer as well Then get help from seasoned workers. My BLT was good and my daughters coconut shrimp was “just ok”. The view was great on the Deck.

Managers were all extremely rude when problems were brought to their attention. Spoke to Larry on the phone and treated me as if I was stupid, talked down to me, and didn’t help me in the slightest. Not somewhere I would recommend to others due to the management alone.
