The customer service here is always excellent and the food is always great and the atmosphere is good

The atmosphere is awesome but the service sucked. We had to go up to the bar ourselves to get our drinks. The table next to us ordered appetizers and were still waiting on them 45 minutes later. We loved the view of the water but were hungry so we had to go somewhere else to eat.

For starters, the venue is awesome. Perfect place for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Entertainment was mediocre-\-\ I'm a music person and was disappointed at off key instances with poor music selection. You need to know your genre, and stay within it. I saw lots of excellent customer service occurring, however my waitress appeared to be irritated when I asked about seating closer to the musician as I arrived. Thank you Shawn for your honest comments, we take them very seriously. There were 4 managers on the floor that day including myself, the owner. Although we strive for perfection, there are times when we do not get there, especially when all of our venues 4 were very busy that day. Thanks again and please visit us once again.
The place is getting run down and is nothing but a party place now. Everything outside was dirty and the deck looks like its going to fall down. I saw them cleaning off tables outside and never wiping them off. They're corrugated metal tables but that's nasty. This has no management or bad management and we will never be back. A spinach pie appetizer tasted awful and Greek salad a pasta dish and one drink and ice tea 60 bucks. STAY AWAY.
