PLEASE SEE VIDEOS AND PICTURES, Place is clean if you don't look closely enough, with damaged utilities they come up with excuses for, wall sockets that don't hold your plugs, and sawdust in the outside lights by the doors, no issues with any residents most keep to them selves, but Maintenance employee uses his position to try to push out other residents, loud more often than not, Blasts music during repairs, leaves his cart where ever he wants, and will talk crap if they think you don't understand them, especially if you ar... read more
I love this place, the administration are very professional.
It was 5 easy stars a year ago. Family oriented, quiet, respectful neighbors. Something happened & the place is going downhill fast BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO BACKGROUND CHECKS! I don't feel safe living here anymore. Packages get stolen FAST. The office will NOT accept or hold packages for tenants. 🤬
Lived here for 3 years all I can say is check for mold and loud neighbors, place is silent especially at night for the most part but good luck on your stay here. Nothing is really updated.
