It was 5 easy stars a year ago. Family oriented, quiet, respectful neighbors. Something happened & the place is going downhill fast BECAUSE THEY DON'T DO BACKGROUND CHECKS! I don't feel safe living here anymore. Packages get stolen FAST. The office will NOT accept or hold packages for tenants. 🤬
Lived here for 3 years all I can say is check for mold and loud neighbors, place is silent especially at night for the most part but good luck on your stay here. Nothing is really updated.
Awesome customer service, the viewing was exceptional.
I have been living here 7 years, and all maintenance requests are promptly addressed, air conditioning issues are attended to immediately, the office staff is very nice and efficient, they do not allow residents to have to deal with loud or hostile neighbors, no registered parking, no other place like it!!
