The only reason I came here is because this is where my doctor decided. The doctor was phenomenal and is amazing, this center is not. The medical staff is great however the administrative staff lacks compassion, problem solving skills and professionalism. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews and I have tried to communicate with management to find a resolution but they just pass me around and I get nowhere. Not a fan of their Administrative office. But their medical staff was very good. I was well taken care of not just a number to be put behind a curtian and forgotten. Of course their quicker for getting patients in and out its a surgical center not a hospital or a Holiday Inn. I opted for a surgical center for 2 reasons. 1 its way cheaper than a hospital. 2 I would be in, have my procedure, and out of recovery and home quicker. I got exactly that and I'll say again. The medical staff was Great.
I had sinus surgery here, the facility was not very clean. After surgery they got me dressed and stuffed me in the passenger seat of the car and sent me on my way, I was not hardly awake from the anesthesia. Worst surgical recovery care I’ve ever experienced. Use IHC if you can it is a much better experience. I was told that this place is cheaper, well you get what you pay for. I will never go here again.
