Terrible manager. Car was broken into multiple times, no cameras were working during any of the incidents lol
High price but 0 benefit. Very noisy during the day because of swimming of kids and during the night by AC. The AC are too old and have a big value of sound. My advice: Don't rent apartment here, you will lost your money for nothing.
High price with crazy rules. Just imagine that you have to pay 2000 for rent and 200$ utilities. They utilities bill get distrubute between units. They manager behavior is very rude, she is trying to charge people for nothing in the end of agreement to reduce the deposit.
If you consider living in these apartments, be careful with the manager, she is a bad person, she is good for nothing she is useless person and she is a gossip She gets involved in everything She wants to be inside the apartments all the time seeing who is there and what you have in the room She comes and tells you how You should even have your clothes and all your things She is a racist She only has a preference for people who suit her.
