The specialist at this clinic is excellent — professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended for their care and expertise. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has been very disappointing, largely due to the behaviour of the practice manager (who also acts as the receptionist). She is consistently rude and shows little empathy or understanding towards patients, family members, caregivers, or members of the public.
