This place is a total scam. After an appointment, I was prescribed a common medication for a common issue. They made me book another appointment just so the doctor could read me directions on the pill bottle before prescribing. Doctors typically call it in and tell you to follow up if symptoms persist. This was the day before Thanksgiving and I had to miss my nieces dance show for a forced, unnecessary appointment. Horrible cancellation policy. $100 unless you cancel withing 24 hours after booking, NOT 24 hours before your appointment. I cancelled a week in advance and they're still charging me. My fault for not reading carefully enough, but I think that policy is an outrageous way to make extra cash and I will certainly not be rescheduling.
Dr Amin Khorsandi is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors. I definitely recommend him to everyone who live in the west side and in the valley.
I highly recommend Dr Korsandi to everyone she is an excellent Doctor and kind. the office staff are very accommodating and polite.
