Maintenance is high and you get nothing for it. Club house has been out of use since last year. Water is frequently brown and turned off for for hours at a time. No maintenance service for owners.
I'm ready to move if u own the house u still have to pay rent for then land and you get no help because you own the house all expenses are you. They have a maintenance team but they won't lift a finger to do anything
5 start for this community and the whole staff, they helped with the application, lot rent agreements for my mom's house.
