its a dump! terrible place to live!
Get rid of Nancy! I have never seen the park this bad! if you arent part of the little group they have.. they dont give 2 craps
Management couldn’t be worse. They are rude, stuck up and if you ask for some kind of maintenance repair at your home, you might as well do it yourself. I live in the same type of home now in Port St. Lucie and it puts the one in Margate to shame in every way.
Is anything perfect ? Rated it very good .Been here 10 years and seen the park improve greatly under Russ G. He is gone now and I hope ELS and the new manager try to follow in his foot steps. Lets give this new manager a chance, join with your neighbors and make this a place to be proud of. You were given a list of rules and regulations before you moved in. If there is a problem now then move. There are good people waiting to take your place.
So surprised at all the complaints. Nothing is perfect. Residents must participate in making it a good place to live. Notice most of the complainers are renters. We own, yes we are Canadian snowbirds and we pay year around to stay at Coral Cay for 6 months and volunteer all those months to put on activities for those who live year around as well as ourselves. I just move in, and I love it. Well kept, secure and peaceful.
What they SAY about Russ is So SO TRUE. And they don't care about us. At first I like the place Now I'm sorry I brought my house there.
