We lived here for 3 years, from Nov 2021-Nov 2024. The community itself is quiet. Most neighbors are nice but dog owners do not pick up feces. The one star is for the office staff (Laurie) and the owners of this apartment complex. The maintenance staff is fine. The one star is for multiple reasons. I'll begin with the flooring. It's awful. Very unstable and needs constant repair. Also, be prepared for the rent to increase yearly.
