They will drag their feet to fix issues in the hopes you will forget and warranty is past. 1-1/2 yrs after reporting a drain that was 2-1/2” higher than the grade did they finally decide to “fix” it. They are cutting 4” key holes to act as a weep hole. Also have over 30 homes in the community that have no roof vent. When called out by inspectors. We moved in to the Coral Bay community about a month ago and I cannot say enough about how amazing our building supervisor Lane has been. He gets to fixing minor issues immediately, is patient with homeowners, and communicates extraordinarily well. I had what I thought was an over issue the night before the Fourth of July holiday and he immediately got the issue squared. Really splendid stuff and our family appreciates it.
I spoke with Greg R. and was impressed with his knowledge and high quality customer service. Great community as well.
