Patsy was extremely helpful when going on a quick tour here. The complex is very clean, quaint and quiet. Would highly recommend living here with lots of restaurants and retail close by.
I’m not one to leave a review but I am beyond frustrated. We put in a work order Friday to fix our broken door knob and nobody came to fix it. They never have stable maintenance. Management stated maintenance advised it was fixed. Lack of communication. Our tub is clogged and toilet is leaking. We will put up our dogs tomorrow for that. We are still having a roach issue. BEST BUSINESSET APARTMENT MANAGER
Patsy is wonderful, kind and very friendly with us as well as the kids! She’s very easy to talk too, and always eager to help!
This place is infested with mold. Multiple tenants have moved out due to it me being one. They simply paint over it and move a new tenant in. All the windows leaks when it rains, and their solution is to silicon them shut, and now they can’t be opened in the event of a fire. The maintenance sucks, nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. There has been 6 maintenance guys in 2 yrs. There’s nothing luxury about this place. You can get a nicer apartment in league city for the same price Photos attached
