Visited today and met the manager Jamie and she was so nice. They are smaller community but everyone was super nice. I need a 2 bedroom fast and she did not have one but was very informative and sent me to her other property. If you are needing a 1-bedroom fast Jamie has them and they are super cute inside. I even met some of the residents and everyone had great things to say about the employees and the property.
For the past 9 years Coral Bay has been a home in every way it could be. From neighbors that say hi every day, to management that ensures issues get taken care of, it's hard to believe that an apartment like this can be so welcoming. My negative experiences are outshined by the positive, and my praise is high. Patsy, the manager, will greet you with a smile so big you can't help but smile back. Honestly, it's just nice to live in a place so calm and welcoming.
