My experience at Coral Bay apartments was phenomenal especially mrs.pasty she took her time and showed me several apartments and what really sold it was that I chose one that had a ice maker in the freezer.i recommend anyone to go see her at the coral bay apartment in Seabrook TX she is awesome.
A great place to live. Quiet safe, & peaceful. The process of moving in when we did, was a breeze with the help of our great manager Patsy here at Coral Bay apartments. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is on point. Even coming on her days off if necessary. Thanks Miss Patsy Martin.
Ms Patsy was amazing with the tour. She showed me everything I needed to know about the complex. She was very outgoing and such a sweet heart and definitely made us feel like home. I am inlove with my new home and plan on staying here for a few years. The property is very well maintained. The floorplans are very spacious and taken care of. I seen no mold and no roaches!

Love my new home. Beautiful, spacious and truly feels good to be able to move in my apt without everything so closed in. Great MGMT and was extremely kind in welcoming us to the community. Thank you Patsy, & Sandy. We truly appreciate all. I want to add that we have a very good maintenance guy. Garrett is very good and knowledgeable of the apartment complex and the jobs that go along with it. Finally we get someone that respects our wishes and goes a long way out of their way just to help.
