Nice little place with a lake view. I'm living like I'm on vacation everyday. Close to Kemah and a variety of high class restaurants including Tookies! This place is tucked away, so it offers alot of privacy. The Manager Patsy is welcoming and really cares about the residents. When she gets a complaint she works quickly to coordinate a solution that works for everybody.
Love my new home. Beautiful, spacious and truly feels good to be able to move in my apt without everything so closed in. Great MGMT and was extremely kind in welcoming us to the community. Thank you Patsy, & Sandy. We truly appreciate all. I want to add that we have a very good maintenance guy. Garrett is very good and knowledgeable of the apartment complex and the jobs that go along with it. Finally we get someone that respects our wishes and goes a long way out of their way just to help. Patsy was wonderful with information about the complex and her service was incredible.
My experience at Coral Bay apartments was phenomenal especially mrs.pasty she took her time and showed me several apartments and what really sold it was that I chose one that had a ice maker in the freezer.i recommend anyone to go see her at the coral bay apartment in Seabrook TX she is awesome.
