I've been here for 6 months and could not be happier. Between maintenance and management, my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. The staff have been responsive, polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond what they're expected to do. The grounds are also well kept and look lovely. Everything is always clean and maintained. The complex is within walking distance to grocery stores, popular restaurant chains, and other large stores. I highly recommend Corabel Lane Apartments!
The complex is well maintained and the staff is always helpful and friendly. This is a great location as it is close to Sacramento and is easy access to the highways and shopping. All the neighbors are very polite and it is very quiet. This is a rare find and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone interested in moving to the area.
I’ve been living here for a year. I previously knew of this apartment from working for a family that lives here. It has always been quite and clean. Great management and maintenance. The property is affordably priced. It’s a great community to be in and I recommend it for the community aspect; adorable, clean, safe, and quite.
Very bad parking lot and also very bad manager.
I could not be happier. I have lived here five years and I love it! I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a nice quiet community.
So far management is great. I like the apartment. My neighbors are nice and don't mind me chatting.
