I had PT for 2 months at the Lake Mary office and I can't say enough good things about this facility. The staff are all friendly and after awhile they feel like family. Check-in app is user friendly. I would recommend CORA Lake Mary office to anyone needing PT.
Excellent service. All staff are professional and care for their patient needs.
Most UNPROFESSIONAL front staff, I've ever witnessed. Especially Maria. They were having infighting between Maria and Hispanic manager. Talking extremely rude and negativity as two, "team members". Then another team member called out Maria and Maria, AGAIN, went off loud enough i, as a patient could hear everything. Maria repeatedly said to "manager" that it WAS the manager who wasnt understanding. Same thing she said to me, telling me i misunderstood what i heard. Very one on one personalized therapeutic. Clean, good equipment. Staff is fabulous with expert credentials.
All the therapists took there time listen to my concerns. Pused me to get better. The surgeon that did the operation is amazed of the progess.
