The staff is wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly.
Great service very real..not overly corporate. It's like a family...some times a tough family. They deal well with strong willed people in pain. That's rare. I recommend them highly. That's the Pros..the cons I guess I only have one honestly..I wish they would listen a little more. Sometimes I feel like they are making me say too much to get my point through about things that go on with my pain levels. But they do eventually get the point and address everything. The employees and the therapist are such great individuals. Their attitude and treatment of each other and towards the patients are so positive and so sweet. It’s a great pleasure participating in my exercise exercises with these individuals. Their vibes are very positive and great.
This Cora facility in Lake Mary, is short of staff and the people that works there most of them spend more time chatting then taking care of the patients. it'snot fair to us waiting.until they finish their conversation. Something needs to be done to help the patients sooner
