Cora has been great. Maria is the nicest receptionist. Aishia handles my treatment with care and grace and it is a joy healing with them.
Refusing to give my husband copies of the initial evaluation report and visit notes. Initial evaluation I was there for my neck and the therapist had me set in a chair and pump my feet, did not check any range of motion nor strength 3 visits and still have not done an evaluation wonder what is being documented in the notes that they refuse to give to me. Florida law states I have a right to receive visit notes upon request!
I had PT for 2 months at the Lake Mary office and I can't say enough good things about this facility. The staff are all friendly and after awhile they feel like family. Check-in app is user friendly. I would recommend CORA Lake Mary office to anyone needing PT.
Excellent service. All staff are professional and care for their patient needs.
