I first met the director (Cat) and was very impressed.  She informed me that she isn’t always there because she managed 10 offices.  I was disappointed until i had a session with Christen who had been fabulous. Christen really knows her stuff and as a long time health Practitioner’s Myself, I Can attest to her knowledge and ability.  They are helping tremendously me through a reverse shoulder replacement.   Highly recommend Core.!

Eustis CORA facility. Called to set up physical therapy appointment. My authorization was not in their system despite multiple transmissions by fax. I finally got my own copy and emailed it to them. I called to set an appointment and was told by Mark(?) that they were very busy and that "they would get to me when they get to me." That told me all I needed to know about their organization. I blocked their number and made an appointment with another provider, which was provided quickly and cheerfully provided.

Corporate Management stepped in and apologized for the unfortunate incident that occurred , while my husband was receiving therapy. We are grateful for that.

There are many good reviews about their therapy skills and maybe very well earned, but the staff at the Cranes crossroads location, are nothing more than gangsters and ready to fight if they cant control everyone and their movements that comes into the facility. My husband and I had the worst traumatic experience before the thanksgiving holiday . Went to Cora for PT on my neck and the treament were great. However, the billing dept. left a lot to be desired. Don't pay copays in cash....they screw up and don't credit you! After I payed all of my copays, I'm still getting bills in the mail. After I called them the second time about this, and they verified all my payments were up to date, I was told to call their customer service to straighten it out! So much for good customer service!!

One od the best of not the best physical therapy facility. The winter Haven office was really good. I've been to other facilities and they are far more attentive to your needs. They even gave me some additional service not included that really help my physical needs. The staff was very friendly and professional. Veterans Beware ! Cora physical Therapy will falsify your report that is turned into the V.A. It doesn't matter how bad your condition is , they will can make them sound like miracle workers. I was in more pain after Cora. Find a place that isn't just out for themselves.
