I was in the middle of physical therapy with CORA. I have used them for various injuries over the years. I changed insurance due to change in employment, they relayed to me that I needed a new evaluation. When I asked why they replied with "it's our policy". Now, this obviously doesn't make sense as they did the initial evaluation, it's the same injury, the same prescription, just the insurance change. I had already done my research and knew that a new evaluation is not needed whatsoever as far as insurance companies go. The... read more
