Chai is knowledgeable, friendly and helped me through volleyball season, by obtaining a much farther range of motion in my arms, shoulder area... Definitely recommend and insurance accepted!

I felt like a little fish in a big pond that no one cared about. There was no one on one interaction . It was like, here do these exercises (that I will barely show you how to do) until you can’t move and then maybe I’ll come back and check on you. I will not go back.
