Made an appointment for 8am, showed up and was told sorry there’s a glitch in the system we actually don’t have a therapist that can see you today! And now the next day, they call me about another customer’s appointment, totally unrelated to me!
Mediocre therapy that focuses strictly on geriatric patients (despite what they advertise). I knew after my first visit that CORA was not going to be a good fit for me, so I canceled my further appointments. At the time, I was told my insurance covered what was done thus far (eval & 1 session), but I got a bill for $150 about 2 months later. Avoid CORA like the plague; I know they'll never get my business again.

If you want to sit around as a single person helps 3 or 4 people, this is the place. They prioritize the number of people rather than the quality of service. The read off a computer program instead of assessing each individual. A computer does their work as they just point and direct. Find somewhere else to go if you want quality 1 on 1 therapy. Not be one of a bakers dozen...
I did 8 operarional theraphy sessions at CORA. Ashley was amazing at helping me with my shoulder that needed help. I could only bring it at a 80 degree and by when we finish I was able to extend it all the way. She provided me with exercises to do at home as well. She was involved in my recovery and I am truly appreciated.
