The staff is very good.. gave 4 star rating because the clinic is way too small for the number of clients each therapist sees every hour. At times there are also spouses that are in the clinic which makes it even more crowded. In this post Covid era there is no social distancing possible in this environment. It also can get very noisy. Therapists are highly competent. They set a professional tone, while at the same time making therapy challenging and fun! Glad I chose CORA at this location specifically.
I have enjoyed my knee replacement PT with the most thorough and enthusiastic therapists at CORA physical therapy in the Grand Traverse Ctr, The Villages. Without their continued support I would be many more weeks behind my goal of being back to normal.
They scam people. They changed you for service you never had or wanted. It fraud to changed insurance companies or you to changed something you didn't ask for. Be careful if you have anything done there.
