Eustis CORA facility. Called to set up physical therapy appointment. My authorization was not in their system despite multiple transmissions by fax. I finally got my own copy and emailed it to them. I called to set an appointment and was told by Mark(?) that they were very busy and that "they would get to me when they get to me." That told me all I needed to know about their organization. I blocked their number and made an appointment with another provider, which was provided quickly and cheerfully provided.
Mark at Spanish Springs has been nothing less than incredible. I have been to several physical Therapies over the last 7 years. Mark was the first one who honed in on exercises that showed RESULTS! Very thankful for his effort! Dan M.
God Bless CORA!Motocross & Rodeo were hard on me,8 years ago I was told I needed neck surgery or I would Never turn Head again in any direction,5 years ago told I probably would not be able to work anymore,had no surgery :-),Thanks to The Amazing Tara,a few visits & I am now pain free,can move my head some,have accepted a job offer & will soon be going back to work & self sufficient again,NEVER SAY NEVER UNTIL YOU SEE CORA!

Update to my last review: The manager Ron contacted me and got in touch with the billing department. He was able to rectify the situation and clear things up. He mentioned that my feedback regarding payments and history would be looked into so that maybe things like this wouldn't happen in the future. When corporate is disconnected from the local office things like this can happen. I will say I still refer people that need therapy to this office because they are so good at what they do. I have been working with Melissa on my back and hips. She helps to get my legs even and through the exercises and manipulation and massage I am pain free for 18 hours or more. I don’t have to take any pain medication. I normally would take two-four in that time period. She’s Amazing I am getting stronger while I wait for surgery. Miriam at the front desk is so friendly and always willing to work with your schedule. Everyone here does there job but it’s a relaxed fun atmosphere. I love it.
RecommendedLove this place. They are amazing, encouraging, helpful, positive and just great people. Always pushing me to get better and stay healthy. I can not thank them enough for all the help to get me back walking again.
