A cozy diner feel with an open kitchen dining room. The Halloumi Chorizo egg skillet was very salty (that's a given with the ingredients), however, no bread was served with it, and unable to finish. Potatoes were disappointingly undercooked. If you are lucky, you might get a crispy edge on one side. the majority of it was white and oily. The Jessica dish was meh, nothing to rave about.
As always, Cora is a very reliable restaurant for breakfast. Even though there's a huge variety (waffles, crepes, eggs benedict etc.), the quality standard is always maintained. Ofcourse one of the biggest reasons to select this breakfast place is for the service! It is always on point, but yesterday i had Chai at the Markham location and she was above and beyond excellent! Good customer service for breakfast really sets a good start to your day. 😃
