super slow service. it took more than 10-minutes just for the coffee/water and 30+ minutes for food to arrive. asked for a ham bennedict. pouched eggs: overcooked. hollandaise sauce: wrong. my wife's scrambled eggs: cold. strawberries looked old and muchy. the only thing good was the sliced apple. seriously? I will never come back.
