Extremely disappointing experience during March Break. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and the service was unacceptable. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our food, and the servers repeatedly told us to “wait” without providing any real update or solution. The kids were starving, and the whole situation was frustrating and poorly managed. Being busy is not an excuse for such disorganized service. Would not recommend during peak times unless management seriously improves staffing and efficiency.
