I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic. The receptionist treated me rudely, raised her voice, and, at the end of the interaction, tossed my credit card toward me instead of handing it back respectfully. I felt uncomfortable and believe I was treated differently because of my clothing. I was wearing work clothes, and regardless of how I was dressed, I should have been treated with courtesy and respect. Poor office management. On Google map shows garage area instead of office unit. No unit number shown on the address. Not reminders. Straight forward feedback taking as a personal insult. It’s more easy then say thank you to bring it up. We can fix it. Not ventilation and air conditioning in the waiting room area and it’s got summer day! I Glad this bad experience help me for find the better specialties and professional environment
