I had trouble getting there because of all the construction with my Uber? I was late by a significant amount of time and I went in half crying just wanted to use their Wi-Fi so I could find my way home, and yet they still took me in! I have been going to this salon for 2 years and recently I have found a decline in the customer service. I have brought my family and friends here as well. Lately I have been finding it a struggle to get an appointment and my last couple sets I have broken a few nails and had a lot of lifting. I got a full acrylic set done here on a Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I paid $10 extra for white French tips. It has been two days and every single one of my nails is chipped. I’ve always gotten shellac pedicures here and they are great. This was my first time trying their acrylics and for $80 with tip I am disappointed. However I went back and they fixed them for me free of charge (as expected) but it’s unfortunate I had to go back at all.
The salon is very clean, the girls at the front desk are very attentive and all nail technicians seem to value their work - every client I’ve sat in the salon with seems very happy when they leave. Olivia is the technician that I exclusively go to. She is AMAZING. The attention to detail and care she takes with each set is beyond any place I have ever been to. I will follow her wherever she goes - I have never had a better nail tech. She’s so kind and creative. Thank you so much for being passionate about this art form.
