I just started attending this gym and I can honestly say it's been an amazing experience. Cory, Erin, and Jenn have been so welcoming and supportive, creating an atmosphere that's both positive and motivating. The workouts are challenging but fun, making every session something to look forward to. I had my first workout at Fit Body Boot Camp in Coquitlam yesterday and it won’t be my last! The gym is bright, and clean. There is a lot of parking. The workout was quick, dynamic and effective. The trainer offered modifications for my personal circumstances which was appreciated. The owners have created a wonderful community which I felt as soon as walked through the doors, everyone was friendly and I felt welcomed and supported. Looking forward to my next workout!
