5 star for the hot tub itself but the delivery took about 2 weeks longer than promised and the delivery was unprofessional. They told me the hot tub would be placed on the spot but they left it in the yard. Also the delivery person did not do any of the items listed in the checklist. I sent an email to the Sandra but didn't hear back. Great customer service until you buy the item! the reason for 2 stars. Jim, the shop owner was way more helpful and friendly.
