I’ve been here twice now, and I’ve decided I’ll be taking my little guy elsewhere. I don’t think the staff are bad people, but overall it felt like there was a lack of care and attention to both the animals and their owners. “Confirmed” hours of business not correct. Hours of business on website do not match operations. Showed up two different times to purchase cat food and both times already closed but website indicated open. Business hours on the door have closing times all removed?
We visited this clinic three times for the same issue because our dog had suddenly started limping. At each visit, we were told it was arthritis, but the sudden onset didn't seem to make sense to us. On our third visit, the vet (who was quite rude) insisted that we get X-rays of both legs, with an estimated cost of around $1,100. We decided to hold off and seek a second opinion at another veterinary clinic. The second vet examined our dog and believed it was most likely a sprain.
