Excellent care, caring staff
I hate writing bad reviews . I haven't been in to be seen fir a medical condition for over a year due to them burning through doctors (providers). Everytime they give me a new one I am required to make an appointment to "establish care" so that when I need to be seen for a specific medical issue I have a "provider". The problem is that those establish care appointments are scheduled 4 months out and by the time that happens they change my doctor again. I recently established care at Ko-Kwell Wellness Center, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the start, the front desk medical assistants, Crissy and Kimmie, were so friendly and efficient, making scheduling a breeze. They were both so helpful in helping me obtain my previous medical records and went above and beyond. My appointment with Nurse Practitioner, Kimberly Kyllo-Martin was great. Admin is paperwork challenged. Getting in the door took from sept 2024 till jan of 2024 because of paper pushing glitches. I came to Ko-Kwell as a non-native to see Mrs. Hope (recommended by my therapist and my children's therapist) and left after my first session with Mrs. Phillips, the fresh graduate poorly replacing Mrs. Hope. She was contentious and not willing to continue the treatment plan Mrs. Hope and I had collaborated on.
