Brett customer service was outstanding now we are part of the Coqui Cyclery family.
What a great place! Never trying to sell something you do not need, they had me wait to get my son into a new bike when the next size up would fit better and he would have more confidence in riding the larger bike. Very important as you want them to ride. This sales approach could backfire as many people would then go online or buy from someone else. Please support our outstanding local businesses such as this bright shining star. The customer service at Coqui is amazing and available at no additional charge.

Great buying experience. Moved over from another brand and was concerned about fit but Brett spent plenty of time over two days working through some options and helped me make a great choice at a great price. The place and more importantly the staff lived up to all the great things I have heard about them! Definitely worth the drive and love the small neighborhood business vibe to the place.
I am not a professional or even an experienced rider. But Clint and Coqui gave me a 5++ star experience that has lasted well beyond the day of purchase. I’m not sure there’s anyone more knowledgeable about bikes than Clint, but the way he is willing and able to spend the time with his customers explaining and tweaking and problem-solving is truly remarkable. I happen to like Giant bikes, but I LOVE Coqui. I can not recommend enough.
Coqui is, without a doubt, the best bike shop in RVA. Great and timely service, really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Unlike Carytown Bikes, Coqui will actually help you find the right bike and equipment for you and the way your ride, instead of just selling you something expensive. There is almost literally no reason to go to a different bike shop in this city.
