I come here all the time and I love the staff! But Recently they have had no respect for the line! Last few times I have been here they have let people say like “excuse me, quick question” and it’s not and they help them no matter how long we have been waiting. Today was the worst by far. People that should have been in the design side with an appointment were helped at the counter. I wanted over 30 minutes to print my 3 pages. Please check on this

I’ve come here for years to get prints. Today I waited in line for a hour needing 2 small prints, just to be turned away at 6:00. If that’s your policy you should start turning people away way sooner saying you don’t have time to complete all the orders. Such a waste of time, super disappointed - will be printing elsewhere now

I had a pretty difficult project with some flyers and cards I needed printed and Shay was extremely helpful, took so much time with me until it was perfect and the way I wanted. She was very patient and understanding! She has excellent customer service skills and I’m so happy with the final result of my flyers and business cards. I highly recommend printology! Thanks again Shay :)
