I was printing wedding invitations and had gone to a couple of print shops to check pricing. I came back to Printology at the end of the day, thinking I would just place my order and come back another time to pick them up because they were almost closed and the girl working the counter was super nice and printed them all out right then! The quality came out beautifully and the service was excellent!
I ordered a custom board for a baby shower from Printology, and when it arrived, it was damaged. I reached out expecting a simple fix or at least some accountability, but instead, I was met with attitude and blame. The woman I spoke with acted like it was somehow my fault instead of owning the issue. No apology, no solution just deflection. I love Printology!! The color and quality of their prints always amazes me- especially considering how reasonable their prices are!! It’s has been so fun to be able to use them for my business and for personal use… thank you!!!
They are incredibly friendly and a joy to collaborate with! They truly understand my vision and go above and beyond to bring it to life.
10/10 best place to get pictures printed. Staff, quality, pricing, etc is all AMAZING!
