Sophia helped me with printing my resume and I’m not kidding when I say she made it the best experience! Even though there was a few people behind me waiting for a minute, she went out of her way to make sure my resume was perfect. She helped me format it, take a border off my photo, and made sure it was exactly how I wanted before we printed it. She was smart, knowledgable about her job, and overall so friendly and easy to work with. I will be here for all of my printing needs. That’s was an amazing experience.
Shay was very helpful with all my needs for my sister’s bridal shower! I have been going to them for a few years now for shower, party, and Christmas card needs and they never disappoint!
I was printing wedding invitations and had gone to a couple of print shops to check pricing. I came back to Printology at the end of the day, thinking I would just place my order and come back another time to pick them up because they were almost closed and the girl working the counter was super nice and printed them all out right then! The quality came out beautifully and the service was excellent!
I ordered a custom board for a baby shower from Printology, and when it arrived, it was damaged. I reached out expecting a simple fix or at least some accountability, but instead, I was met with attitude and blame. The woman I spoke with acted like it was somehow my fault instead of owning the issue. No apology, no solution just deflection.
