I was referred to copy 1 for a commercial copier and we agreed on a payment plan. I paid $400 upfront and the remainder of the almost $3k approx 30 days later. I told the woman I was communicating with that I didn't want the maintenance plan that was an additional few hundred dollars. I explained that because I own a tax office that is only open for 5 months of the year it doesn't make sense to pay that much for Maintenace and servicing that I won't utilize that much.
