Copy Image Solutions and owner Jim Joslin have been an integral part of my service needs for several years now. I highly recommend this small "mom and pop" company. Jim provides exceptional service, personal attention, and quickly responds to any service requests you may have. It is rare to find companies with great customer service, so I will always use Copy Image Solutions for all my printer and copier needs. :)

We have used Copy Image Solutions for our copiers and maintenance for over 10 years. Their service is outstanding and if you ever have a problem with your copier, Jim is there immediately to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Jim shows up regularly to check on our copier and make sure we always have toner to fill any that may run out before his next visit. I would highly recommend them for all your copier needs. And did I mention how great Jim is!

Copy Image Systems has sold us copiers and maintained them for our company for over 10 years. The pricing and the service were both excellent. I definitely recommend using them. Jim is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I have worked with Jim and his company for several years. He is always very responsive whenever the copier does something weird or needs supplies--comes out the same day! He's very reliable and professional and knows everything about printers and copiers.

Jim has been my go-to copier guy for about 25 years. He is great! Yesterday I the sheet feeder on my elderly copier was misbehaving and he came right over and fixed it. I have recommended him to my friends and my church. I recommend him to whomever is reading this :)
