I worked with Susan on 2 sets of printing for wedding invitations and thank you cards. The invitations came out great but it was like pulling teeth trying to get them back from her. She said she would do them after lunch and I would call the next day and she would say she would do them that day, it took days longer than she said they would. Mixed feelings. my experience with Susan was horrible from start to finish - from being unpleasant on the phone all the way to waiting almost 30 days because "she didn't get the email" to being unpleasant STILL when I picked up samples. I'd love to see if this relationship could change because the photos are truly good that came out.
