Mixed feelings. my experience with Susan was horrible from start to finish - from being unpleasant on the phone all the way to waiting almost 30 days because "she didn't get the email" to being unpleasant STILL when I picked up samples. I'd love to see if this relationship could change because the photos are truly good that came out.
