I had a study guide printed fairly quickly in about 3 working days' time from start to finish. Communication through email was quick, quote for pricing was reasonable, the guide was printed & bound with no quality issues & customer service was pleasant during check out. Terrible service with a bait and switch aftertaste! I spent 20 days preparing a complaint to the Cal. W.C. Ethic's Committee and I needed just one duplicate copy before I mailed it in. So I had a stack of just under 150 pages perfectly collated. I asked these people for help and they said to use the new machine in the corner.. a Ricoh brand.
