Terrible service with a bait and switch aftertaste! I spent 20 days preparing a complaint to the Cal. W.C. Ethic's Committee and I needed just one duplicate copy before I mailed it in. So I had a stack of just under 150 pages perfectly collated. I asked these people for help and they said to use the new machine in the corner.. a Ricoh brand. And sure enough right in the middle I get a paper jam. I ask the staff for help, and they did help, mess up and shuffle over 150 pages of complaint plus exhibits. When I complained that ... read more
