Very unhappy with the company as a whole. The treatment didn't work, even though their ad guarantees 100% satisfaction. The customer service reps are extremely rude and not helpful. Complete waste of money here! All they did was place those sticky cardboard box traps inside, and supposedly something was done outside. Even after 2 cycles, and a service call, we still have a problem. I've had better luck treating my house with Raid.

I used 5 Star for about a yr and all was ok until I expressed dissatisfaction with a treatment. The woman who answered the phone, who later very loudly identified herself as the OWNER, jumped to anger, raised her voice at me and then hung up on me. Her level of anger was so much greater than my problem, I was shocked. They have ok reviews but pay attn to the neg ones. Local franchise service for home and yard pest extermination. Very reliable and courteous team members that schedule conveniently around working families schedules. Highly recommend the Alpharetta branch for the communities in John's Creek, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, and Alpharetta communities.

I really appreciated the time and care that Arrow provided to my home and family. Our tech seemed very well trained, clean and professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He told me that he was treating in the cracks and voids to avoid exposure to my children, which I REALLY appreciated. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and around my family.

Absolutely NEVER never use this company.Change of ownership from Certified Termite and Pest Control to Arrow Exterminator has proven to be a total disaster. When I requested a retreat, for the interior of my house, they refused and would only treat the exterior of the house. After 4 phone calls, none of which were returned, I finally received a call from the field technician and was told that they could not do the interior due to their "training". Terrible customer service in Franklin, TN. We rent out our house and were up for a renewal on our termite service contract. My husband asked them to wait until he scheduled an appointment. When my husband did actually call a few weeks later to renew and pay, they said they had already sent someone and that his wife had confirmed the date/time. BUYER SERIOUSLY BEWARE! This company was terrible at being respectful of my time and communicating what was neccessary to get the job done. I had to call them multiple times to get them to paint over the enormous holes they drilled in the sides of my house. Then, when the pesticide started leaking out of the holes the owner refused to take responsibility for it.
