Professional, caring, and wonderful team! The years of experience of all of the staff and the growth of the company and services provided have been truly phenomenal. Their Video Monitoring services and platforms are supurb and set the standard in the industry.
When I signed up with COPS Monitoring, the price was clearly stated as $4 per account. That was the main reason I agreed to work with them. However, my invoice ended up being over four times higher, and when I called to raise the issue, the representative I spoke with seemed indifferent.
