The response times are not good. We have had a few false alarms but not sure what would be the case if a real emergency was happening. 5 -10 minutes for response can’t be acceptable. The icing on the cake that got me to this review is the 13 hour response it took today. At 12:20 pm false alarm and no one answered so police came. But our Numbers were put in queue to call and so they finally got to it at 1:30 am. My wife’s phone and my poor mother in law starts ringing and she is panicking that there’s an emergency at 1:30 am.... read more
