My daughter had a 3:00appointment. Yesterday, however the school bus dropped her off at 3:15we live 3minutes away from eye doctor. So we immediately went to eye doctor, once we we're. Inside at around 3:20.they told us we had to reschedule, once i told on of the receptionist at the desk why we are late,she immediately became mildly irritant and responded by saying "well maybe u need to go pick her up next time and you will be on time"i was speechless.
