I have a high deductible plan, and I called and confirmed they accept my insurance prior to attending to get an estimate. Each time I went for my appointment, there was not a receptionist available, only an iPad. They do not employ a receptionist in Derry- this did not change. For 2.5 months I went, checked in the iPad and it informed me that I owed a $50 fee. I paid it each visit. After my final visit I was sent a bill for hundreds of dollars.
